I have felt absolutely amazing since my Bars session with Giada. 

 I’m not in my head scrutinising and criticising every thought, feeling and choice. I’m experiencing a freeness that I’ve always yearned for and hoped was possible, but always seemed just out of reach. The heavy energy that would normally bog me down and exhaust me is gone. I feel “normal”, like I can fully embody the person I’ve always been without my past conditioning being a detriment (or an identity).

In one week I: put my notice in at work, stopped talk therapy, saw my ex to renew my visa and started the application for my citizenship (I’ve been here long enough that I can apply on my own). A week ago, one of those things would have been daunting enough to fill me with self doubt and dread. And then the anxiety spiral would start. 

 Oh and I’ve been sleeping like a baby too! If I use both techniques she taught me, I fall asleep easily and stay asleep. I wake up feeling rested and refreshed.

This is a big support. We done the access bars with Giada, 3 sessions so far.

 In the first session, it started with slight changes, like addiction to coffee, and some legal issues I had that bothered me. My mind completely stopped thinking about these problems. The root cause of this unpleasant feeling inside, which I covered up with pleasures like coffee, came out. I could boldly talk about deep trauma and 'release' or transmute. Very nice handling, peaceful energy. I felt unlocking energy and flow during the session. 

I'm lighter today. Thank you, highly recommend!

I benefitted massively from the Bars sessions with Giada. The treatment itself was easy to relax into and engage fully in. On both occasions I felt emotional in the closing stages of the treatment. Access Bars definitely leads to a feeling of lightness and clarity, and I have no doubt that it has made a positive difference in the areas I’d chosen to work on.
